PROC100: Procurement & Contract Management for Information Technology

Description: This seminar addresses the basic concepts and practices in procurement and contract management, not from a strict legal approach, but rather in a manner that equips those responsible for managing and or assessing IT contracts and contractors with the skills and knowledge necessary to evaluate the negotiation and management of the procurement of information and communications technology. Attendees will leave armed with an understanding of the critical issues in IT contract management, and the tools necessary to establish compliance with enterprise-wide IT governance goals.
