Training CoursesCSA200 CSA – How the Best Do It CPE 8.0 Description This course reinforces the basic concepts of control self-assessment (CSA) and introduces the best practices and state-of-the-art approaches organizations are using today. The course is a combination of lecture, discussions in small groups and short exercises. The final exercise is a facilitated workshop where the participants compare their own self-assessment efforts to the best practices introduced in the course. Audience This seminar is intended for experienced CSA practitioners who want to improve or take the next step in their organization’s self-assessment efforts. The course is directed primarily at experienced auditors and managers that are presently conducting CSA workshops. Prerequisites Experience in conducting CSA workshops, and preferably holders or candidates for The IIA’s Certification in CSA (CCSA).
