This one-day course helps prepare you to facilitate a control self-assessment workshop using the COSO frameworks. The course provides an opportunity to discuss and practice gathering information about the control environment and risk assessment, information and communication activities within an organization.

Audience Anyone who understands the COSO framework and is planning to conduct workshops or structured interviews to gather information about soft controls or help their organizations in risk assessment workshops.

Prerequisites Knowledge of the COSO frameworks for internal control and Enterprise Risk Management
