A comprehensive seminar on the process by which managers achieve improved organizational effectiveness.  Emphasis will focus on increasing self-awareness, discovering personal profiles of leadership styles, roles, functions, and responsibilities of successful managers.  Participants will learn and practice how to build relationships, communicate, motivate, and manage performance.
