Dr. Al Marcella and Dr. Christie Husted combine Dr. Marcella’s experience and reputation as CEO of an international global information technology and management consulting firm and Dr. Husted’s expertise and leading research in Organizational Psychology and Corporate Criminology to provide: insight into the organizational dynamics, personality characteristics and environmental factors giving rise to corporate crime, along with information technology (IT) tools, management consulting, IT audit, security reviews and training to detect and mitigate fraud.

 

At a time when organizations are continually assessing their governance, risk and compliance policies, and procedures, this two day seminar will assist attendees in evaluating their organization’s current infrastructure, policies, environment, economy, composition of Boards of Directors, internal control systems and other person x situational factors in order to appropriately assess organizational policies and procedures for oversight to help mitigate placing the organization in a situation that gives rise to corporate crime.

 

Attendees will be provided a framework for understanding the organizational dynamics of corporate crime and will be provided with established internal control techniques (procedural and technical) to detect and mitigate fraud.

 

This is a  two-day professional seminar and will qualify attendees for 14 CPE or CLE Credits.
